Accommodation during Karnali River Rafting
Camping is a common type of accommodation during a Karnali River rafting trip, especially for multi-day trips that cover several sections of the river. We set up temporary tented camps along the riverbank, providing guests with a unique and immersive wilderness experience.
The camps are typically set up in scenic locations with easy access to the river, and they provide basic but comfortable accommodations. Most camps have large tents with cots or sleeping mats, and shared facilities like bathrooms and showers. When camping on a rafting trip, it's important to pack appropriately and bring essential items like a sleeping bag, pillow, and warm clothing for the evenings. Many tour operators will provide a packing list and may offer rental equipment for an additional fee.

A note about the covid 19 pandemic (as of 10 March 2022)
We are learning to get on with life and thankful we can share the great outdoors with like minded people again. We feel that a rafting trip outside in nature is a very low risk activity in terms of spreading viruses; however, there is still the potential for cross contamination. We do not wear masks while rafting. We maintain excellent health & hygiene on our trips and ask our guests to do the same. Our guides are all fully vaccinated. We respect our guest’s personal choices and privacy regarding vaccinations. Our goal is to take reasonable precautions while still enjoying a fun & relaxed adventure together. Please understand that we must follow local government regulations (such as mask wearing during transport or in public places) which can change rapidly.
If you are uncomfortable joining a trip with others outside of your own family / social circle, or if you require added measures for covid 19 protection, please inquire about our private trip options where we have additional protocols in place.
