Pikey Peak Trek

8N/9D Nepal

Poker Card

Duration: 8N/9D
Price Per Person: $890
The Piky Peak trek is a lesser known trek in the Everest region of Nepal. It offers the perfect opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the Himalayas, including spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and other high peaks. The trek also provides an opportunity to experience the unique culture and lifestyle of the local Sherpa people. The trek starts from the small town of Fapuru and takes about 7-8 days.

The trek begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Fapru where trekkers begin their journey. The trek follows winding roads through rhododendron forests, traditional Sherpa villages and beautiful alpine meadows. The highlight of the trek is the summit of Pai Key Peak (4,065 m) which offers panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and many other surrounding mountains. Along the way, trekkers also have the opportunity to visit ancient monasteries and gain insight into the traditional culture and lifestyle of the local Sherpa people. It is suitable. The best seasons are September to November and March to May. However, trekkers should be aware of the risks involved in high altitude trekking and be prepared for the unpredictable weather conditions found in the mountains.

Overall, the Pikey Peak trek is perfect for those looking for a less crowded alternative to the popular Everest Base Camp trek, but wanting to experience the natural beauty of the Himalayas and the culture of the local Sherpa people.
